Dr. Kashikar Supriya Satish, Dr. Onkar Satish Kashikar and Dr. Bhavana Gupta

In 21st century, to satiate the requirement of ever growing population, food of animal origin gas contributed immensely. This sector, apart from supplying the calorie and nutritional needs to the people, also shouldered the responsibility of social and economic amelioration of a class of people engaged in this business. Of late a recurrent streak of Zoonotic diseases has caused havoc in this sector, diminishing demand, over-capacity and more importantly, denting peoples' trust.
