abstract
The species of Diaspididaeand Lecaniidaefamilies damaging surtropic plants in Azerbaijan has been studied in this article. 22 types of pests have been defined, in which 14 species are armored scale insects and 8 species arelecanium. Trophic relationsand pest features of these pests with the plants have been identified. The spread of phytophagous in Azerbaijan and worldwide is also mentioned.
